Day 47 - 091709 Montana

Canyon Campground to Bakers Hole Campground in West Yellowstone, MT - 48.22 miles

Today is sad as its our last in Yellowstone and today we say farewell to Lisa, Melissa, & Freda. We started the day with an overpriced breakfast at the Canyon Village Lodge. I rode today with Kristen and Don. As we exited the park we saw several hot springs, geysers, and a bald eagle nest.

We exited the park and entered Montana! Welcome to Montana! We celebrated by enjoying a cheap but delicious meal at the McDonalds in West Yellowstone, MT. A quick visit to the West Yellowstone Library as they have a 30 minute per day limit on computer access. A few people visited the post office while a few others hit the bike shop for some repairs. Bret and I enjoyed possibly the worlds best milkshakes made with Mom Eagles famous homemade chocolate sauce at Eagles Curios. SO YUMMY! We then joined the others at The Gusher Restaurant Pub & Casino. We camped for the night at the Bakers Hole Campground.
