We woke up this morning to discover a 16 mph tailwind! A few of us again enjoyed a yummy Kwik Stop breakfast before hitting to road. Our first stop was in Scott City, KS. Several of us stopped again in Leoti, KS at the Hi Plains Restaurant where we posed for pictures and answered questions for the local newspaper. We entered the Mountain Time Zone before stopping again at the Cenex Eagle Convenience Store in Tribune, KS. We decided to continue onward an additional 58 miles to Eads, Colorado. Welcome to Colorado!! We set up camp and headed to K & M Ranch House Restaurant for dinner.
